At the local and regional levels, competitors are exposed to a network made up of SHRM members, HR professionals, and potential future users.

Those who advance to the final round receive an all-expenses paid trip to SHRM’s Annual Conference, complimentary space on the Expo Hall Floor, and exposure to 18,000 future users and potential investors.
